SHORT TERM INCENTIVES
Staff are rewarded for individual performance (in line with company and/or project performance).
$1000 EMPLOYEE SHARE PLAN
Eligible employees are offered $1000 worth of shares in Seymour Whyte Limited. This incentive is aimed at motivating and retaining employees by providing the opportunities to own shares in the company.
SALARY CONTINUANCE (INCOME PROTECTION) PLAN
We provide all staff with salary continuance insurance as part of your benefits package. Salary continuance insurance provides staff with continued income payments if you are unable to work due to injury or sickness (non-work related).
CORPORATE PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE
We have a corporate health plan with BUPA providing a corporate discount to all employees.
We offer employees seasonal vaccinations, for the majority of employees this includes an influenza vaccination and for some specific site based roles this extends to tetanus and Hepatitis A.
