Seymour Whyte Constructions has been named as the successful tenderer for upgrade of Melbourne’s iconic Swan Street Bridge. The $30 million upgrade (construction value $24.8 million) will slash travel times for the 30,000 vehicles that use it every day, as well as improve reliability and increase safety for pedestrians and cyclists.
