This project, for the Brisbane City Council, involved the construction of a new indoor leisure pool and 25m heated outdoor lap pool. Associated work for the aquatic facility included the plant room, café, amenities building (change rooms, toilets, etc), meeting rooms, ‘fit-kids’ area, road works, car park and landscaping.

Prior to construction of the new facility Seymour Whyte were responsible for the demolition of the existing pool, buildings and grandstand.
