With more than 30 years combined experience as a professional Director and Chairman, Mac Drysdale has extensive knowledge in the areas of corporate governance, organisational change and establishing and 'growing' companies. He has been the Chairman of Seymour Whyte since 2007. Previously he was Chairman of Country Road Australia and Deputy Chairman of the Mitre 10 Ltd group of companies. Mac also has eight years experience as a Chairman and Director of membership organisations such as the International Wool Secretariat, Australian Wool Corporation and the United Graziers Association of Queensland. He has been a member of a number of government advisory boards and committees. Mac is part of a long time grazing family from the Augathella area of Western Queensland where he continues to operate an organic grazing operation. |

John is a founding Director of Seymour Whyte Constructions Pty Ltd. John has more than 20 years experience in senior executive, project management and engineering roles. He has worked on large civil engineering and heavy industrial multi-discipline projects associated mainly with the mining industry at locations such as Greenvale, Blackwater, Saraji and Gregory. He is a keen advocate of relationship contracting, particularly alliance contracting. Over the years, John has been an active member of a number of construction industry bodies. He was President of the Civil Contractors' Federation (CCF) in 2002. In 2006, John's contribution to the construction industry saw him inducted into the QUT Construction "Hall of Fame". |

 | | Garry Whyte - Director
Garry is a founding Director of Seymour Whyte Constructions Pty Ltd. Garry had more than 20 years experience in project management and engineering roles on large civil engineering and heavy industrial undertakings in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. He has acted as the Estimator and Project Manager for a number of significant and successful projects delivered by Seymour Whyte which have laid the foundations for the company’s future. Garry previously worked with the John Holland Group from 1974 until 1987 as a section engineer - his first project being the Coal Crushing, Stockpiling and Rail Export Facility at Blackwater CQ. Garry is also an active supporter of the Variety Club of Australia. |
